Working For The Weekend

I know it's only Monday....

but I'll be giving you all the big scoops at The Big Lead this weekend. That's Saturday and Sunday. Sunday of course is the AFC and NFC Championship games, but Saturday also has a prominent sporting event - UFC 80.

Tonight marks the premier of "Countdown to UFC 80" on SpikeTV if you're into that kind of stuff. (I am) The card includes a title fight between "The Prodigy," BJ Penn and Joe "Daddy" Stevenson. Marcus Davis, Gabriel Gonzaga, Kendall Grove and Jason Lambert will also be seen via the televised portion of the event.

Sam Stout is also on the card. I don't know about you, but I'm a fan of Sam Stout. I don't know why. Maybe it's because his name reminds me of beer. And I love beer.
