i've always hated the hooters outfits. The damn shorts always make even the best ass look flat as a board, and being an ass man, I simply cannot accept that.
Worst Hooters ever when it comes to the chicks: Towson, MD.
The one in downtown Jacksonville is okay (surprise) but the one in downtown DC trumps all contenders.
